What If the Issue is Too Big?

What if we need to access data stored in HubSpot?

The HubSpot Fix-It call may require access to the data stored within your HubSpot account. In this case, you will be asked to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before the call to ensure that the data is handled in a compliant way. The DPA will be sent to you upon booking the session, and it must be signed before the call takes place. If you don't agree with the terms of the DPA, and you don't want to move ahead, you will receive a full refund.
